  • Continue onto US-82 W
  • Turn right onto Summerhill Rd
  • After 1.1 miles, Summerhill Storage will be on your left

From Leary, TX:

  • Head east on I-30 E for seven miles
  • Take exit 22 and merge onto Mall Dr
  • Turn right onto Summerhill Rd
  • Summerhill Storage will be on your right

From Greenwich Village, AR:

  • Head west on AR-196 W for three miles
  • Turn right onto US-71 N and follow for one mile
  • Turn left onto E 9th St
  • Take a slight left onto E Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd
  • Turn right onto US-82 W
  • After 1.2 miles, turn right onto Summerhill Rd
  • After one mile, Summerhill Storage will be on your left

From Ashdown, AR:

  • Head south on US-71 S for 16 miles
  • Turn right onto St Michael Dr

Storage Policies

The following are guidlines for mini-storage use. They are based on state and local regulations. Before you may move in, you are required to sign an agreement to follow Summerhill Storage policies. This written agreement is subject to change.

Site Rules

  • Smoking and the use of alcohol is prohibited at the storage facility.
  • Occupant shall own the lock used to secure the storage space
  • Owner may limit hours of opertaion, require verification of Occupant's identity, and inspect vehicles that enter the premises.

Prohibited Items

  • Living things
  • Used tires
  • Ammunition
  • Explosives
  • Flammables of any kind (gas, diesel, kerosene, oil, paint, etc.)
  • Drugs or drug paraphernalia
  • Hazardous items of any kind
  • Hazardous or toxic waste material of any kind
  • Items that produce odors of any kind
  • Any item deemed inappropriate by the manager or staff of the facility
  • Any item which detrimentally affects other tenants or the facility

Prohibited Uses

  • Playing of any type of musical instruments
  • Working in the unit. This includes working on: cars, motorcycles, hobbies, crafting, etc (by permission only)
  • Any illegal use of any kind
  • Any use deemed inappropriate by the manager or staff of the facility
  • Sleeping in units.

The following may be allowed by written permission only:

  • Use of Electrical appliances or equipment in the leased space or on the premises
  • Items valued over $5,000
  • Other uses as approved by the management of the facility
